Moderne Lampe für schönes Licht

Das Material der Lampe ist sehr hochwertig.
Nachdem ich sie etwas mühsam mit der APP verbunden hatte, konnte ich eine sehr schöne Lichtfarbe einstellen.
Da am Anfang nicht alle Lampen funktioniert haben, war mir der Kundenservice sehr
behilflich und ich konnte schnell den Fehler finden.
Nun funktioniert alles bestens und sieht toll aus!

Wir haben uns nach langem Suchen für dieses System als Kücheninsel- Beleuchtung entschieden. Die Beratung durch die Firma war sehr gut und schnell. Das Anbringen war einfach. Die Möglichkeiten der Anordnung sind super. Die Leuchtkraft ist beliebig einzustellen und b.B. Sehr hell. Der Spot ist sehr hell und blendet. Wir haben ihn jetzt auf ein Bild gedreht. Sehr schön sind die Spaceball Leuchten. Sie sind auch leicht anpassbar in der Länge.
Die Einrichtung hat etwas gedauert, bis die Beschriftung und die Zuordnungen in der App, bei Alexa und an der Schaltung abgeschlossen waren. Leider sind sämtliche Anleitungen nur in englischer Sprache. Bisher ist mir die komplette Bedienung per Sprachsteuerung noch nicht gelungen. Aber ich versuche das noch einmal, wenn ich mehr Zeit habe
Es fehlt uns ein Stück zum verblenden, darum habe ich noch eine Leuchte nachbestellt.

Tolle Beratung super Lampen!

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Lampen (erweitertes Dinner-Set). Die telefonische Beratung im Vorfeld war super und die flexiblen Möglichkeiten, mit dem System zu beleuchten, sind einfach super. Qualität sehr hochwertig. Wir fanden es auch einfach, die Länge der Kabel einzustellen, dank Erklärvideo. Lediglich die Sticks waren etwas dicker als erwartet, sieht aber trotzdem gut aus. Ich bin absolut begeistert von der NOVARAIL The Kitchen Lampe. Schon beim Bestellprozess hat mir der hervorragende Kundenservice weitergeholfen – freundlich, kompetent und immer erreichbar. Meine Fragen wurden schnell und ausführlich beantwortet, und die Beratung war wirklich individuell auf meine Küche abgestimmt.

Die Lampe selbst überzeugt auf ganzer Linie: hochwertige Verarbeitung, schönes Design und eine tolle Lichtqualität. Besonders praktisch finde ich die flexible Dimmung und die Möglichkeit, die Leuchtelemente einfach entlang der Schiene zu verschieben. Auch die Steuerung per App und Smart Switch funktioniert ohne Probleme.

Ich war aufgrund der Bewertungen etwas skeptisch. Völlig umsonst - man kann auf Rechnung bestellen, die Lieferung dauerte ein paar Tage. Eine Lampe fehlte, die wurde aber unproblematisch und ruckzuck nachgeliefert. Die Montage und die Einbindung in Steuerung von Alexa waren unproblematisch. Topp!

Stylisches, schickes Beleuchtungssystem. Das Licht ist über die App sehr schön dem gewünschten Anwendungsfall (Lese-, Arbeits- oder Fernsehlicht) hinsichtlich Farbtemperatur und Helligkeit anpassbar. Die Artikel waren sehr gut verpackt und sind alle unbeschädigt angekommen. Die Mitarbeiter sind im persönlichen Kontakt sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir sind insgesamt sehr zufrieden - auch wenn die Lieferzeit schon unüblich lang war.

Direct and indirect light with THE Plank

The underside lights the table or work surface. The upper side brightens the ceiling and adds ambient light. The 1.5 m / 65 W version delivers approximately 6,500 lm; the 2 m / 90 W version delivers 9,000 lm. The light has CRI 97 and an adjustable color temperature from 2,700 to 6,500 K.

For workplaces, illuminance and glare must be checked against the room, the work performed and the position of the light. A fixed UGR rating or compliance with a standard cannot be inferred from the product alone.

Color temperature throughout the day

Use the app to schedule changes in color temperature, such as neutral white in the morning and warmer light at the end of the workday. You can also adjust brightness and color temperature manually at any time.

The track can be fixed to the ceiling or suspended with the pendant kit. The lights then click into place magnetically. Plan your system in the 3D configurator.

Light quality and planning

NOVARAIL lights have CRI 97. You can adjust color temperature and brightness to suit the task. The manufacturer confirms that the drivers and transformers are flicker-free. Illuminance and glare, including the UGR value, are planned for the specific room and work. A room light does not replace a medical examination or treatment light.

Individual control via switch or app

You can operate NOVARAIL via the switch as well as through the app on a smartphone or tablet. Switching on and off using the existing light switch remains possible.

How do I connect the smart lights to the app?

Install the Smart Life or Tuya app and create an account. Add the gateway first. Then switch the lights on and off six times to start pairing, and select them in the app. You can also follow the installation video. To share control across devices, set up a family group in the app.

How do I plan the right lighting for my room with NOVARAIL?

Start with the areas you want to light: work surfaces, the dining table and general room lighting. Then plan the track layout, spotlights and pendants. Use the 3D configurator to preview the arrangement. We can help with your lighting plan if you have questions.

How long does shipping take?

We usually dispatch orders within 24 hours on working days. Lights and tracks may arrive in separate parcels. Longer tracks need oversized shipping, so delivery can take a little longer.

How can lighting advice help when redesigning a room?

Lighting advice connects the way you use a room with the right mix of general, accent and task lighting. We consider the room shape, furnishings and lighting zones you want. Send us a message if you would like help planning.

How does a track lighting system work?

Which track lighting system is right for me?

It depends on your room, the number of lighting zones and how you want to control them. A 230 V system is straightforward and affordable; three-phase systems are common in commercial spaces. A 48 V low-voltage system such as NOVARAIL offers slim tracks, magnetic lights you can reposition and smart control of individual zones. NOVARAIL lights have a CRI of 97. What is the NOVARAIL LED track system?

NOVARAIL is a modular 48 V LED track lighting system. Combine tracks, spotlights, pendants and accessories to suit different rooms. You can put together a system in our 3D configurator.

Does a NOVARAIL light remember its last setting?

In the app, you can choose which light setting is used when you switch the lights on, such as the last setting or a saved scene.

Can NOVARAIL lights be controlled via KNX?

The lights communicate via Zigbee. They can be connected to KNX through a suitable gateway or intermediary system; KNX is not built into the lights. Check the compatibility of your chosen components before planning your installation.

Can I shorten the lighting tracks?

Yes, the aluminium track can be shortened. Make a straight cut and remove any burrs. Follow the advice in our installation instructions.

Can I switch the lights on and off with a regular wall switch, or must I use the app?

Yes, you can still switch the lights on and off with a regular wall switch. Adjust brightness and light colour, and set schedules, in the app.

Can I set different modes for individual lights in the app, or do they all change together?

Both are possible. Control lights individually or group them together. You can adjust brightness and light colour for each area separately or as a group.

Can I adjust the height of the pendant lights?

Yes. You can adjust the height of the pendant lights. The standard cable length is 1.50 m and can be shortened to the length you need. See the video instructions for how to do this.
