SHIPPING

We ship your order from our central warehouse in Germany.

Orders placed before 10:00 AM are usually shipped the same day. The average delivery time within Germany is between 1 and 3 days.

The average delivery time to other European countries is usually only 5-8 days.

If a product is out of stock, please send us a short message to hello@novarail.eu and we will take care of your request as quickly as possible.

RETURNS

You can return your item(s) within 14 days of arrival without giving a reason and receive a full refund.

For a hassle-free return process, you can request your return through our support team.

Once your return has arrived and been inspected, you will receive a full refund within a few business days.

The buyer is responsible for the direct costs of return shipping.
